Welcome MR.Green, LST can be done easily bro. You can do it neatly in pattern or move stem/branches as needed. I dont have to top the plants as once the growing tip is bent more than 90 degrees towards the ground a similar hormonal diversion occurs giving lower buds an extra boost. The plants recover quickly too.
