with that amount of LED it is going to be FUN !

if the plant isnt performing like you want id check your ph meter as this is a dead giveaway if something is a miss, 2.8 is a bit over the top but if ph and ec is rising this is a sign she wants less feed

drop her back to 2.4 if she is taking in more water than she is nutrients then its a sign your out of range with ph or your over feeding, last thing you wanna do is mess up at this stage of the grow (no pressure)

you want to keep her feeding healthy and happy untill the pk week and then you can hit her hard because the week after you lower her base nutrients anyway so she gets plenty of time to recover

their is no mention of what ph your on but id aim for 5.9, if she is pulling from her reserves and taking on more water something is a miss in the res just my opinion though

Hey Seymour.. Good to hear from you man.. Thanks for the sound advice.. You know it's always welcome bro..

So first off.. My pH pen should be fine as it was calibrated 4-5 days ago... & her pH is @ 5.8-5.9 always.. when it creeps to 6.0 I drop it again... Getting to be a couple of times a day though.
Now I wouldn't say she isn't performing like I want as she is really budding up nicely but it's all at/above the canopy..

The EC's... Yeah had me perplexed somewhat... She has been showing little splashes of Cal Def.. Not much but seeing that & her pH creeping up made me think that she wants more feed.. But yeah the EC was always creeping up too mate... Seems I've ways to go with DWC yet. I dropped her down last night to 2.4 EC & her pH was at 5.9.. By this morn she had drank around 2.5L & her EC was @ 2.6-2.7... 5.9pH still. I added back with .6 EC & she was at 2.4 again. Should I take her down again to 2.2 & monitor?? I'm not sure if she has shown any more cal def overnight as she was starting to show a little more these past couple of days.. Starting to get it on her bud leaves grrr!!

Yeah the topping worked a treat mate although I don't think it done me any favours in the light penetration dept.. Man she is seriously thick & bushy like uber dense... Lol.

One more thing Seymour.. I'm still not completely clear on how to add the PK every other day.. Should I just add it to my add back water?? Also I'm thinking of running superior potash instead of 13/14... What you reckon? :smokebuds:

Tye this beast down and spread her legs :bone:, I know it is scary sometimes, but they take abuse easily (had really much of almost crack) but in a couple of days the place where it was snapped or almost snapped just get thicker and harder . I can't advice you to Defoliation (not much) but it really helped with light penetration in my situation. But I'm still not 100% sure if it will affect the plats badly (maybe it is or maybe not, didn't made a side by side like in JM's thread)

She has had a res change tonight there.. It's her PK week & I'm going with superior potash instead of the 13/14.. Just for the hell if it.

So I set her res at 2.2 EC with Genesis bloom & micro & 15ml of sup potash.. 2.4-2.5EC. She gets that dose every other day now for a week, she also got 25ml of carbo-load, it is awesome stuff in hydro. I have two standby buckets on the go one with plain council pop & one with half strength Gen B & M & potash & CL 1.2EC.

hey watz up its been a while but i been keeping a eye on this thread and im very impressed with how everything is working out for u. but what do u mean by the above statement??? i thought wen u mixed ur nutes u would be set for da week even pk boosters, so i am curious to know if im wrong about this and curious to learn a new strategy. thanx keep it up bro
