*RO water + rizotonic 40 + (ph+) + backing soda(0.6g) + cal/mag 25 + aqua a/b 70 + (ph+) + silica 7 + supert 5 +(ph+ or rizotonic) = stable ph and foam after 18h (foam can be easily removed like from the soup

I would run veg nuts for one girls 1 week and for another I would try to run it as much as possible. Also I forgot to mention that I switch light every week from left to right, this way they will have some different spectrum's and so on...
