I made a bit of a mistake.
I have 4 autos I started at the same time in the same tub.
one is almost ready for harvest and the others are not.
the roots are all tangled so I’m wondering should I empty the reservoir and fill with clean water to flush the one plant then reintroduce nutes, or should I try separating the roots and risk some root damage to transfer the net pot and plant to another bin?

if you flush the three not ready will suffer. the separation attempt is probably a bad idea. (i try to avoid contact with the roots as much as possible) i wouldn't do the flush. just keep feeding as normal
I have just been reading up on final flush, of course there are pluses and minuses but from what I am reading you loose a lot of yield when you flush as the plant stops growing during that time.
I think the flush will take the side line this run and I will see if the yield goes up that much and if the flavor suffers or the smoke is harsh!
I'm using G/H trio so if anyone is/has been using this product and doesn't flush, did you find the smoke harsh?

I been using flora series in dwc and a wilma 4 pot for years. Often have to harvest 1 plant before the rest so cant flush.
Never notice any negative effects. I think a good dry/cure has 100x more impact on smoke

I don't flush so that solves that problem . When you harvest leave the main stem and some lower stems with leaves to keep the roots of that plant alive in the reservoir or you will have problems with decomposition in the reservoir.
