Indoor DWC LED SCROG log

looking good vick, have you ever thought about using aquashield and pond-zyme, I just started adding it to my rez because with the changes in weather I have had problems with rez temps too. this is suppose to give more tolerance to higher temps. I think combined a good pump and stone you should be able to stay hydro in the summer months. +karma :smokebuds:

Thanks for the tip and the +karma. I read into aquashield, h202 and hygrozyme a while back to compare them. Found out aquashield was basically just h202 and hygrozyme is best used for organic nutes. I already have some hygrozyme as a backup but went with h202 because of the added dissolved oxygen. 3 weeks in the res and no slime or fishy smell.. Smells like a nice clean swimming pool! Knockin on wood.

Thanks for following on unholy and duggy! :smokebuds:

Just had a highdea.

Mixed 1/4 strength nutes into a gallon of spring water and added it to my drip ultrasonic humidifier. Fitted a 1/2 inch hose through the hole and fed the end into my res.

Now I've got a fogger to feed the nutes micro-nutrients! :D

The ceramic disc in the fogger can handle water soluble nutes like the ones I'm using, so if you try this at home, don't think think about about adding thick, gunky, organic nutes! Just a fair warning.

Thanks dude, they're just some harmless extras to try out and see if they'll help. I haven't seen too much info on foggers in dwc but I've seen some threads on fogponics with some nice yields and lots of roots. Not a rootball as big as dwc, but still nice with tons of little hairs on the roots. Lets see if its an improvement to dwc

Looking good ..im thinking of doing a DWC in a 5gal bucket have all the tools i need and now i have more info....TY will be watching with the hawk eye!:slap:

Thanks for lookin doob, I'll keep an eye on your log! :smokebuds:

uh that fogger seems to be a good idea.
I will follow your report! :booya:

Day 12

Thanks for following lowbudge. The more the merrier. :peace:

All netpots rooting to the res now so I changed the water and added nutes at 1/2 strength. Also turned on the cidly led for 690w of led right now. The leaves spread out, stems pointing straight up and they seem to like the extra light.

Root growth is going crazy with rapidstart and that fogger! Gonna keep up the fogging until the girls are done vegging/rooting.

Added 2ml of h202 per gal to the mix as well

PPM- 455
PH- 5.7
Ambient temp- 79f
Res temp- 68f
