Show me what you put together for co2. I might be interested if it would benefit, but I would need a chiller for sure and temps above 85f from what I've read.

my understanding of co2 is that you actually need slightly higher temps for it to be fully utilized... so depending on how hot it gets you may not. I've just done the champagne yeast and dextrose method, nothing special you'll find billions of videos on youtube, I've found its more common for fish tanks though. I've just ran an airline to as close as practical to my intake in the hopes it will spread the co2 around the tent. They're just on the back of a mad, mad stretch but I do feel like it helped, when I get pics you'll see the growth on the co2 side of the tent (couldn't get the distribution perfect) is far bushier and lush than the other. I'm ordering some more corners as we speak!

Phamacy messed up my perscriptions and gave me their brand of valium... aka doesn't work so I flipped when I got home to find it as such, had to grab one of my real ones and another anti anxiety/sleep pill and chewwed them up.

Maybe I was jealous of your tea because I was TRIPPIN' BALLS! eyes stayed open long enough to plant my new seeds then I made it to bed and had some really wacked out dreams but I def wasn't stressed anymore haha all sorted now.

Probably shouldn't have been planting seeds in this state, they might come out sideways lol.

Typical hydro issues

Putting all replies to the above comments aside for a second to report some issues I ran in today.

First issue:

What's going on with my blue mystic? Never seen this kind of yellowing before..
Tried to bring out the normal colors without led purpling by using the flash..

Here are TD and SAS, doing fine.

Second issue:
PH was up at 6.0 this morning! That's pretty fast considering it was in good range just the other day. Means my girls are drinking right?

Third issue:
SAS and TD have some clear to brown looking slime near the top of their roots and it smells REALLY fishy (like a french whores.... you know.. ). It's not much slime and it's not dark brown, more like a light flesh color, but it smells bad as you bring your nose close to it.

The res does not have any slime growing anywhere else. Everything else is spotless.

I can post a picture of the roots if needed.

I went ahead and added 29% h2o2 to the res @ 2ml/gal since I'm supposed to every 4 days. Think I might make the same dilution put into a spray bottle and spray down their roots/netpots.

Fixed the ph after adding h2o2

PH 5.5
PPM 480
Ambient temp 68f
Res temp 66f

Hoping the slime goes away.. Now to find out what's up with blue mystic!

EDIT: I also have a bottle of hygrozyme that I can use, but I'm not sure if I should or not. Still doing research if I can use it in conjunction with h2o2 to try and battle this root sludge.

The brown slime, eh? Peroxide should do it in... good choice and you got the heavy stuff too... non of that sissy 2% bs. Went straight for the top gun. And re: the blue mystic... maybe its just fussy... with the pH swing a nute coulda been locked out like N... check the charts, but my feeling is it'll sort itself out. Good karma sent anyway.

Sorry bud ...missed this last night. Smelly slime aint good... Im almost sure no zym ect with h2o2 .Kush told me that at start of my thread. I have no experience with that stuff ?? . ANY time i got anything dodgy looking in the res ,always at the start .I did a res change & covered the sides of net pots ect to block any potential light leaks i may have missed .Usually just a towl or cloth ,just to cover the other edge where theres not always a clay pebble !. You dont cover the lot or you will tunnel any air escaping from the res to the baby & cool it to much maybe... but yea ...after that no slime/algae ??

I would ditch the h2o2 & use zym ,but that my personal like( i started it on week 3 & super healthy roots ever since after same issues with THIS mazar bro )... you dont want to be changing resies all the time ,I can see why !. I made my own resies 1st & it never worked... cost twice what an oxypot does & soon as i swapped for an easy £20 BOOM .With 1 spare changes are easy ect :booya:

Vick hygrozyme is compatable with hydrogen peroxide mate i start useing mine after wk1 but use nitrozyme, similar i suppose

hope you get your roots sorted mate as i dont know much about DWC at the mo

Just worked 14 hours today, milking in on that overtime... so gassed right now. Anyway, blue mystic was a nice lush green today with some new growth so things are back on par. The other girls are lookin' good too.

Gonna do a res change tomorrow with 3/4 strength nutes (a little under 700ppm) with a silicon additive and full strength hygrozyme. Hopefully that growth boom comes in this week.

Vira that is a badass setup. I've never looked into anything like that but might check it out for my next setup. Still got research to do. Pretty sure I can do better than what I have right now in my closet space. That one looks so easy to manage with just one res in the center.

Will add a bunch of photos tomorrow with some root porn. As for now, I'm bushed and it took me at least 20 minutes to write this out as I multitask lol.
