Im thinking i'll just stick to the coco komach , seems like a lot of bother to acheve similar yeilds plus i like to tinker every night as this is my hobby and not just for smoke but thats a big bonus , lmao

Hey Vick how's it goin my friend? Sorry I feel way way behind on this. But I've been checking in to time to time when I can. I saw you had the slime prob and you took care of that and now the slime is back again...fugg dat I hope you take care of that asap sending sum slime free karma ur way me lady.
As usual I see your making upgrades and doing all that you can for your babies and creating the best environment for them!! Good shyt Vick. I experienced some problems tryin to get two air pumps to lead to one hose going into res and then splitting back into two hoses in the res to power two air stones...long story short did basically the same thing your doing but I used metal t valves and inserted my own pressure valves to even airflow...it was a pain In da ass...but ima def have to upgrade my pumps lmao I got a tetra 60 & 40 that's it's lol.
There's been a lot of great info shared on here and great helpful tips for all dwc growers thanks everyone for their generosity of knowledge of helping Vick out it helps us all out thanks.

GOOD NEWS. My ph actually remained stable for a whole day while I was out working a 10 hour shift! SECOND GOOD NEWS. Started the heisenberg tea, currently aerating until sunday, then the sterilization and epic slime battle royale begins. It's gonna be a massive micro war with billions of casualties being eaten alive, in hd with dramatic michael bay micro bubble explosions!! lmao
THIRD GOOD NEWS. The girls are PERKY and starting to boom! I can tell by the space of the nodes. Getting stoked.
FOURTH GOOD NEWS. HAPPY 420, HAPPY HOLIDAZE!!! Stay high brothers.

coco is where I started to get a firm grip on things.. especially my -cough- ya know.. cause that was a sexy fucking grow. anyway, yeah don't get discouraged, look around at how the pros are doing in their buckets. DEFINITELY check out Kush t's auto mazar log from beginning to finish and take notes because he posted most of his numbers to teach hydro noobs like the both of us lol. It taught me a lot. Also, check out vira's current log with his massive shrub (not a pun). :bone:

Similar yields huh? We'll see when I get 8 zips from a dp gen from 1 shrubby plant in a 5 gal. -cough- Kush t got nearly 11 zips from his and by the looks of it, Vira might get the same with his!
EC isn't dropping much. It's the slime adding to the ph for sure. It's providing it's own nitrogen which is throwing off the ph from what I read in heisenbergs thread. The ph going up in a matter of 12 hours is when you surely know that you have cyanobacteria thriving in the res. Can't wait to destroy it so I can get my stability back.

Goin' great so far broski, things are looking up today. Feeling better about the tea after reading deeply through heisenbergs thread. Saw many similar problems with other dwc growers that not only conquered the slime, but REALLY improved their root growth dramatically. Gonna keep a log on this and see how my scraggly roots will explode.....that's if they do.

I would definitely look into doing some pump and res upgrades in the future, maybe modding your cab to be wider and an led unit if possible? In the meantime, you're getting a great learning curve.
