It doesn't look great for that price tbh mate. You will find with DWC the standard air pumps companies tend to supply with the buckets are not enough to get the job done well. Try to find an air pump that at least matches your reservoir capacity, so if you have a 20L tank find a pump that can push a minimum of 20lpm. Of course this will cost more but it will definitely pay you back in the long run. The only other thing I can think to mention is that net pot looks far too big and you will probably end up spending money on a smaller one like 4-6". Will take a lot of clay pebbles to fill that massive one! Hope some of this was helpful
Yes but you could buy that anywhere for a relatively low cost, it's the pump which is a separate purchase that you need to think about, I use the brand Hailea and a few other here do too - can't complain about their performance at all
Thanks for the advice. I'm just looking into hydro. Wanna start small to learn. Something like this seemed ideal. I'll look into something different like your saying
