im going to have to study that info, I wasn't sure if I was cooking correct,cave man style.
i was setting a large metal pan on stove top,adding water. then i set the glass jar in the hot water with bud and coconut oil enough to saturate. then cook as hot as i can stir for 40min. then press through screen and enjoy juice.

That method works too it's not quite as strong as an alcohol wash. There are some people is simply grind up their butt and mix it with coconut oil and shove that and Coco caps. I prefer to make mine much stronger I actually get my stuff lab tested so I can figure out exactly what I'm getting per dose.

its been stated that bud has to be cooked to work. so anyone just grinding and injesting is not getting anything. as far as im aware. im amess,so im going to try to figure how to cook and just use under tongue. that's said to be strongest method.
