Eggs on bottom of fabric pots

Hey everyone yesterday I noticed these egg like things on my fabric pots
Does anyone know what type of creature they come from,
My tent is In the garage

It's hard to say what they are but spray them with neem oil or some soapy water with a small amount of amonia.

Looks like fungus to me, I would not worry about it. Were the bags being stored wet, or are you growing in them now?
