Guys need some advice,
What is wrong with this baby? Is it root problems ? Heat stress ?

Plant is 60 days old, still vegging. Growing in soil.
Help a grower out.

Thanks

Hmm im no pro but think had similar prob, i beleive your feeding it too high concentrate of nute feed too often, which is keeping soil too wet nd tht will incure fungi nats nd root rot, get a small fan directed over top soil to help dry nd keep fungi nats away

Could be over feeding, light burn,ph not right.Need your nute type and how often you feed, also type of light and distance from plants.Do you use cal-mag?

Using flora duo GH. 2ml of grow and 1 ml of bloom per litre.
Am feeding them twice a week as they are in 14 inch pots. growing medium soil and coco mix.

Lights are DIY cfl about 600watts spread over in 2x4 space.
The lights are 4 inches from top. and no i dont use cal-mag.

dont get any in India, however i have ordered some dolomite lime. hopefully that should supplement my needs.

Any advice?

Thanks

Ive heard nothing good from flora jungle juice is better lol

If feeding twice a week 2nd feed should be plain or half dosage of what you are feeding atm

Cfls are fine at closest 5cms from plant so shouldnt be light burn

Your a bit late to be mixing lime in soil, no ?

Edit: Will you be repotting, could be a good idea, will prob stunt it for a week or so though

The above pic was taken after the repotting, I see some recovery now. Hopefully it ll get back on track.
Yea mixing lime in soil is late, but am still gonna mix it with my nutrients in water and feed them. Hopefully the plants will get some CalMag from it.

Thanks for the advice.

Oright ok yeh she'll kick back in gear quick time just be caring :D Yes tis ok your more than welcome

You need to check the pH of your medium. Something is not right with your plants nutrient uptake, at 3 ml/L, nute burn is very real posability, usually you have a more very dark green color associated with nute burn. My money is on nutrient lockout due to medium pH. Have you been doing any pH monitoring of your feeds/water? Cocoa can be tricky with pH, how much cocoa is in your mix?

:smoking: :toke: ...I'm with HM, pH check is needed,... and are you feeding every time you water? In coco, this is recommended, but the amount used must be smaller, and proportioned to the size of the plant, and therefore uptake,... coco is not like a soil, and has peculiar CEC characteristics,.. high Ca demand and if it's not well processed, a lot of native K,... symptoms are similar for both defc. and toxicity with K in coco, but nute burn may manifest like this too,.. only thing having me think twice about that is the tips of many leaves seem okay, no yellow/burn,..I think? we need more pics, side shots of plant, close up of some affected leaves please,... coco pH is best around 5.8-6.2,.. that in-pot pH is critical mate, do you have a pH meter for testing liquids?

Yea seems my PH is messed up. I got them PH meter that you put in the medium and it showed 8.
So am watering my nutrients ph'ed down to 4. Is what am doing correct ? Trying to bring down the ph of coco.

Run off PPM is also about 1800, high huh ?
Grew the plant in 8 inch container which was soil.
Transplanted it to 14 inch pot which is purely coco 100%.

But thanks for your advice.
