Sweet Seeds Evol goes Sweet

Taproot was showing 26 hours after soaking so I put all 3 seeds into the airpots. I pre moistened the soil several hours before and then lightly misted the top after planting the seeds. Each pot has a marker so from now on they will be known and referred to as plants 1, 2 , & 3. I'll post pics when they are above soil.

I came home today and found that the Plant #1 seedling is dead....no clue what happend. # 2 is good although slightly stretched and #3 has not sprouted yet.
They are all under cfls at the moment until next week then they go under the SS400.

It seems as if every time I try to document a project everything goes wrong. Due to this seedlings death and hydro huts poor customer service I decided to buy 2 new 400w hps/mh... I'll most likely get rid of the SS400 and lightrail and just run the 2 hps in the closet. The SS400 will be moved to another room.

Thanks for the advice Jay. Unfortunately the seedling #1 has withered away and is now completely dead. #2 is great. Very healthy green although still kinda stretched. #3 still hasn't came up so I decided to germinate 1 SAD S1 and 1 botafumeiros. I believe the problem with the Ice Cool seeds 1 and 3 was simply just bad luck.
So the new plan is to run all 3 Sweet Seeds strains under 2 400w hps. I know the Bota will require a longer flowering time and may be slightly taller but I plan on topping and lst all 3 strains to keep them even. With only 3 (maybe 4) plants in the closet this will be easily accomplished and I think I'll get a good yield from each strain. It will also be nice to have all 3 for more of a variety.

Shame about your #1 dude but not too worry, onward and upward and straight to the next one
Got a couple of pointers for you if you still need them, air-pots are great but you have to become the buddhist when using them lol. Slow and steady, sloooow, and steady You'll soon figure it out.
But when you come to fill your pots make sure you use your hand and lift the soil into all those little nubbins. I just fill a bit into the pot, scoop it round to get in the bottom one's and then grab a handful and rub it up the sides all the way round, seems to hold itself there and then you can just pour the rest of your soil in. No need to waste good root space
Really nice pots to transplant into.... transplanting out of them sucks but into's great lol.
Also, after watering, if your plants are on different levels like mine then give the sides a lil wipe after your feed, I've got drip marks on my lower plants I've put down to this happening.
You've got some killer strains there dude, really looking forward to see you work your magic on them.
