Live Stoner Chat Evol's thought of the day

Nah, under pressure Mercury fumes made the Queen bite the dust!

So, what you lot are saying is, there is a chance that in some thingy-verse, there is a version of me that is actually quite funny. And not so disliked ? One that does not get hate mail ?

Cool, I'm up for that.

Roddy, I only just caught the Guardian piece. That lot are a different tribe. Dirty beggers.

I dont think penguins can ever be funny, even in the multiverse... the tuxedo makes me take you all too seriously... I guess some versions would be in sweat pants and a wife beater though so maybe then

Talking of not being funny. I saw an episode of a comedy on tv today, called "Everybody Loves Raymond". Is this what makes Americans laugh ? I can't for the life of me see how this gets to be on tv.

I sat stone faced through twenty mins of it before I switched off in absolute bemusement.

No, nobody really loves Raymond. its more of an old person sit-com. Although King of Queens did spin off from that show and KoQ was pretty funny sometimes.

There was a whole slew of those 90s-2000s sitcoms that were supposed to be funny but I found them absolutely horrible and boring/stupid. Everybody Loves Raymond, Seinfeld, Married With Children, Murphy Brown, ect ect. They were all so bad that they had to add in laugh effects for the jokes, so you'd know when it was supposed to be funny lol.. Yeah..

Lol yeah there was that hot daughter I had a big crush on in my teens, but the show was too unwatchable to see much of her lololol! I know lots of people liked it, but probably just not in my age group at the time.
