Since seeing this gadget pop up on AFN I have been interested, mainly because of VPD monitoring. Well I broke down and bought one, it was delivered quickly but Inhad issues getting it setup. After being very frustrated with this process I contacted the company not expecting to hear anything back for a couple of days. I was very surprised to get a phone call from Chris, later I noticed he had sent me an email letting me know he was on a plane and would call me when he de-planed. Even though he was making his way through an airport he stayed on the phone with me and helped me get the Pulse up and running. Needless to say I was very thankful and equally impressed by this level of service. The issue turned out to be that my iPad had reduced the brightness due to the fact that I made my room very dim, as suggested by the instructions, so I just manually turned up the brightness and boom it connected and I was off to the races! @getpulse.co hit it out of the park!
