I need to purchase an exhaust set up. I've done some research and found a site I will likely order from. I thought before I pull that trigger, I should ask if anyone knows of or recommends a better, or cheaper, or whatever place. I am in Europe, so preferrably one that is here to save on shipping costs. I am not sure if we can post web links on here, so if anyone has some recommendations, please pm me.
Thanks

Hi Chzrh

I think you'll be okay to put up a link so we can see what you're looking at :) We know you're not a link spammer ^_^
What's your budget and how bigs your cab?

Blue ^_^

Agreed with Tang and Blue; toss up a link! I've used LEDWholesaler, VenTech, and HydroFarm and they've all worked awesome (zero failures in almost two years on the LEDWholesaler and Hydrofarm; just started using the VenTech but I know some other grows on here use them with satisfaction!)

Have you checked out Amazon? Fast and discrete and usually the lowest price (unless you're hitting up ebay.) If you're in Europe I believe there are european Amazon sites too!

Also, what's your intake air system look like? A better recommendation for the CFM on the exhaust could be made if we knew how much air was going into the tent (higher exhaust than intake = negative air pressure space = good!)

I was planning on using the open vent at the bottom for intake unless you have a better Suggestion.

i Think the first one looks a little low powered for your room.
I'd be more tempted with the second (another 100 m3 per hour exchange for 11 euros)

Saying that i'm not familiar with this brand so can only really go by the stats given. Not sure about how loud they are - but i did notice you can customise them a little so you can add a thermostat for about 40 euros

I use a Ruck Fan with Phresh filter - it wasnt a "kit" as such, i bought the bits i wanted and hooked them up with ducting,
I was planning on using the open vent at the bottom for intake unless you have a better Suggestion.
For a cab that size (especially with the CFM of the second fan) a passive intake (hole at the bottom) will be fine

@TaNg. Which Manrose fan would you recommend?

@Blue. thanks. What size ruck fan would you recommend? The 125?

Hey

Here's the exact stats for the one i got - should be good for you too

http://www.ruck.eu/index.php?id=98&L=1&RO[stFrAVt]=TRUE&RO[fr]=50&RO[showUid]=452&RO[art_fr]=50&RO[art_un]=230&cHash=8e63b37a0b239ba79f699290449d618e

EDIT: Sorry -duff link - mine is the 125L, you can click it for exact stats (it runs at about 65-70db max)

It's got internal temp control sensor (nice) and 5 speed settings it automatically adjusts to when you set your max temp.
I've been pleased with it and they're considered "reliable" :)

I paid about £120 for mine, but you can get them cheaper (i prefer to use certain shops and pay a bit more for it)
