I think it is one of two things , First up temp , how accurate is your temp meter , 2rd water holding capacity of your soil . What volume of water are you using each time .Humidity could also come into play as you will not get the evapotranspiration which brings in over watering .
Temps are accurate room temps top off at around 28.4 when the dehumidifier is on. There in 15L pots and I don’t water untill run off they get average of 1.3L (theres still water in soil as pots are weighty) RH without dehumidifier sits around 60-70% and with dehumidifier sit around 45-60% depending (they seem to be fine after dark period when there most humid and cold)

I’m assuming it’s a combination of the dehumidifier drying out the tops of the plants where there’s not a lot of vegitation to keep it moist and heat stress because the can’t hold there moister, I’m going to experiment tonight by not turning on my dehumidifier, only problem is I don’t want Mold to kill my crop

I don’t know what your setup is like but, if you are growing in a tent, what about running the dehumidifier in the outer room?

Is it possible the dehumidifier is blowing the dried air onto the tops? The air coming out of the dehumidifier will be excessively dry. It doesn’t create optimal air but creates extremely dry air and blows it around until the air it mixes with averages out to the setting on your humidistat. So, if it’s blowing directly at your tops, they are being assaulted by incredibly dry air; which would certainly produce those symptoms. No way the plant could pull enough water up from roots to keep up with the effects of that dry air.

Just a thought.

If they wake up every day with lights on, it's just bed time mine do the same thing. If your the goes up with lights out that could be why they droop a little more then you like. I wouldn't worry about it.

:smoking: I get this too on occasion,... the petioles go into a relaxed position just before lights out, stay that way usually until lights on, right? My tent girls, and even outdoor plants may do this,.. not always, and not through the whole grow,.... mine stop this when bloom starts or just before,.... My T and RH% are temperate, mild, but they do play a role id way out of wack,.. you're not, though that high RH% is not good for many reasons during bloom,.... what's it like when the dehumi' unit is working?

It was definitely a combination of of the dehumidifier and high temps, I took the dehumidifier out and left the tent unzipped except the top so it does a good job of keeping the room dark and there not doing it anymore. Well the drop during off time but not half as bad. Thanks for all the help this thread can be closed now (I don’t know how to close it)
