also, quick question as im"sterilising" the thing now.
Whats the best process without fusing the bowl to the thing... bit worried after reading some earlier posts :)

I've run the thing at 245 deg c for about 20 mins , without the cyclone bowl fitted. Next I was planning to let it cool then put a cyclone on and warm it up to 245 and leave it 15mins... is it ok... can I go to 260 (max) ?

thanks!!!!

I have the MFLB and the Extreme Q, actually the only two vapes I have ever used. With that said, I love them both!!! I can't compare them to others but they did and are what I expected, maybe more. The MFLB is so stealthy. No more running to garage to sneak a hit or two. The Q is the perfect sit-down vape. Just pass the wand back and forth then relax.
lol, might be a bit high at the moment.

After the "sterilizing" use it.

I put the bowl, screens and wand on and preheat (max temp) it all 10 minute or so. THEN add whatever herb you got ready and vape it on 220( lower left remote button). That is what I do. Also filling the bowl about half way works best for me.

PS My bowls have never stuck but I do take them off when still hot. I heard they stick so that is why I do what I do.

thanks buddy. I will follow along with that, find a tile or something to put things on to cool down.

I have to say the Extreme Q is pretty good. I haven't even tried it on the long whip yet, but its doing a fine job on the balloon so far! Having the remote is very nice.
Just playing around with different temps and herbs and having a jolly good time with it lol :)

when you need to buy more bags try the "oven cooking bags" turkey size....tasteless untill they get discolored from resin.. they have a very large opening, but I use a big furry pipe cleaner from the hobby shop to hold it all together...

thanks for the tip, I think I'll be giving that a go when the time comes! Its all vaping well here, tried the whip also good. Extreme Q is a good piece of kit, glad I shelled out for one :)

Good read :High 5:
I decided to try extreme q but I'm a bit confused which one is the newest version
one says v0.4 other v0.5.
Any help choosing the right one would be much appreciated :smokebuds:

You won't be disappointed. V5 is the newest one. I think the difference between the two was an upgraded, quieter fan and maybe one or two other small upgraded. But the fan isn't important unless you plan on using the bags. I don't like the bags so have only used my fan once or twice when I tried them. I think the exterior color may have changed as well, from a brushed aluminum to a smokey grey color.

Thanks muddy :smokebuds: Since my mlfb charger gone dead (batteries are joke) I desperately need a good vape kit. Will give it a try
