@Nabzter my medium is ff coco loco amended with additional coco and perlite. It's a potting mix. The tent is 3' x 3' and these four girls are each in 7 gallon fabric bags.

Very nice size I ran 2 x 8 gallon and 2 x 4gallon in a 4' x 4'. the bigger posts definitely made a considerable difference.
