Bass, didn't she come in before? This looks familiar,.... those are some
funky symptoms! I think this is mostly a weird manifestation of Ca defc., being upper most affected (Ca is poorly mobile within the plant, difficult to move from establish tissues to new growth),.... but the margin frying looks like K defc.,.. very odd place to see it, K is fully mobile so lowers/mids usually are hit first and worst,.. how close are the lights, this has a "proximity" problem feel to it,..? Sooo, what dosage/frequency of the Tiger are you doing? ...only other thing I can suspect is a micronutrient defc., but these symtpoms are a poor match for them, except being focused on the upper most areas (most of the micronutes are immobile),....
Also, when crap like this hit this hard, it's time to check that in-pot pH, run-off readings are all but useless generally,.... Point is, it helps determine if you have a pH lock-out situation, or a plain lack-of thing.... Do yourself a huge favor, get an Accurate 8 soil pH probe, a great value product-
