Lighting Fans on LED lights stopped spinning

hi guys, the fans on my led light has stopped spinning, they was working fine yesterday and this morning but i have come in from work and they have stopped spinning, is the light now broken?? i just bought it as a full tent set up on Saturday so the lights have only been running for 24 hours.

That’s not good. I wouldn’t run it with fans not working.
