the only close ups i see are the new growth.

i do see pre flowers onthe other plants tho.

I'll take some better pics tonight after the lights come back on and life slows down. I know you have been following my CC grow. Well this thing is doing the exact same thing.

Yep, can't see any pre flowers, they aint visible on the pics.

On this pic, on the sides of where the new shoots come out is there anything else other than stipules? (see pic from my previous posts). If so, compare it to herbal's scetch. Or take a pic of that part

Looks just like the first one in the bottom row minus the hair sticking out. Just like my CC grow. Got to a spot and just stoped like something is freezing them up.

I can't give you any patience, my friend. You'll have to find that on your own.
What kind of lights are you using? Get more of the flowering spectrum in there if you can.

Thats no preflower, all MJ plants have that. 28 days old and no sex, I'd say it's the plant's problem, it's not fully auto if auto at all. My advice wait one more week see what happens, then you can help it start flowering by switching your light schedule to 12/12 for a few days if thats possible in your grow room.

Romeo, sorry. I had to run some errands. I think you might have some light or soil issues. Two autoflowering fem beans not wanting to flower... Strange. Sounds like they don't like something you're doing.
Grab a picture or two, go to the --->Cannabis Infirmary<--- and start a thread, stating your problem and what soil, nutes and lights you've been using. You'll get some more answers there. I know how frustrated you are about this. Post a new thread about this in the infirmary and try to keep cool and be patient.
