I can wash everything except the hoses and chiller. I can run h2o2 through hoses and chiller before cleaning. Will this work? And if so, will running h2o2 in the res work for a h2o2 bath?

Should I remove the tape from the top of the res? I thought it would help, but if its a cause than I will find something else if I need to.

yes remove it if possible it's a major hazard if any water or solution get spilled onto it then enters the res. you need to hit around 300ppm with that meter as a rough guide. you will need help with those nutes possibly as i have no exp with them.However Tds is irrelevant when talking nutes and how much to use as a plant can only handle a set amount of any.

As a side note also make sure there are no foil stickers or anything else stuck to those air stones or diffusers ,make sure the res is completely root friendly in every way and as clean as humanly possible.
Try to change out the solution weekly .personally i go the very first two weeks in the res because there's not much in but water and some bennies. never leave the res without changing over 14 days or you are inviting trouble.

No not at all you need to make a solution with water in the correct doses as stated by the label.
