Looks dangerous! I have the 2000w phlizon in a 3x3. will be fun to see how this light performs.
The light is hanged by 2 ez roller of 10p each and it weighs 18 something, the black ratchet is the one provided by them and just acting as a safe guard in case on any malfunction, but gonna buy another 2 ez today so I can reposition the lights and config with the new organizer ( a 20€ closet hanger :))) but on the weekend I’ll update my journal.
And there’s a vid in YouTube that shows how to brade the steel cables to get a little more light space.

Did you buy ur light from them directly?

I’m using the cobs as the base light and will use the veg/bloom when the veg really starts, was aiming for around 40inch but saw some heat reaction in my seedlings so put them a little higher yesterday and I can see some bouncing back.

Gonna try to keep track of your progress and we can compare some performance.

I bought my light off of amazon, 300 canadian for the 2000w. I am using only the veg bloom right now without any cobs, gonna do that for the first 2 weeks.

 Thought you were referring to the hanging diy but as you can see that’s still something on my mind cause it’s heaaaavy!!
I was gonna make a local deal for the 2000 for 300€ and end up reaching out to them directly and paid the same for the 3000:headbang:

they’ve got some power, than I can confirm! Read in some forums that the cobs are great as the base light and decided to go with them but 40inch is clearly not enough so be aware.
with both modes on I’ve reached a 9degree Celsius increase on my test run.

I agree with you on the heat difference. I ran it for a while with the cobs on and nothing in the tent and it was about 12 degree Fahrenheit difference. I can still increase my exhaust fan a few clicks so hopefully it will be good growing conditions when I flip that cob switch. I am at about 36 inches away right now. It does say we can lower it to about 20 inches during bloom. I wonder if we will be able to.

Thats a good price for that 3000. Love the look of that light.

From what I’ve gathered when considering the 2000 that’s to close but you can go down an inch a couple of days an look for a reaction of heat.

any chance of you making a journal so we can peak in?

rock on
