Indoor Feeding her wile im gone .... help please.

Guys, i need some advice please.
Ill be gone from friday morning till monday night. So ill be able to feed them on friday before i leave ...... and nothing until monday night.
Any ideas of any kind of rig i can make to feed them somehow ?

Make gap in soil and put a bottle of feed with a small hole in the lid upside-down in soil. This will slowly drip when the soil drys
