First time grow. I am confused with the weeks people refer to in videos online. A lot of people state adding nutes week 2. Seed was planted into Promix HP 1 week ago. I am just starting to see the 2nd set of serrated leaves beginning to form. Is this considered the start of week 2? Should I give it another week of just PH water?

you see your first set of proper leaves so that is day 1 in my eyes also i grow in coco normally but in soil i wouldn't say you need to add nutes this early
