When I plant my sprouts, I give the soil a good watering. By week 2 the soil is still wet. I am trying to stay on a feeding schedule that should start at week 2. If the soil is still wet, should I still feed? I was thinking that maybe I shouldn't water the sprouts so much initially, but I thought the sprouts needed to stay wet.
My question: if the soil is still wet when it's time to feed, is its ok to still feed?
Thanks for any input...

No!
and double No! on young plants.

over watering is the #1 killer of young plants. Figure out why the soil is not drying out. Do you need a fan going over the pots and soil? Is it warm enough? Too Humid? Try to fix those problems and the plant will suck up water as needed.

Another possible problem which is much more difficult to correct is if they are in dense compacted soil. Plants like loose airy soil which also happens to dry out easy.
