Final trim/ small branches w/ buds

Hi, I think this will be my final trim but ..... So, I've attached a couple of pics to show this small branch with a bud coming off one of my thicker branches. My question is, should I trim that small branch off or try to open it up to see if it will get bigger/ thicker ? Any advice/ help is greatly appreciated as I am a newb./ 1st time grower. Oh, the grow is Qrazy train, kind of appropriate/ weird considering Ozzie passed away, sad :(.
Thanks as always.

You can use the larf and sugar leaves/trim in edibles if that is your jam. I am still figuring it out myself; who to remove vs who to keep.
Enjoy the journey.
Yeah I've got a machine for that but I figured I'd better learn to grow first then worry about cooking. I do want to go to edibles for my health but it can wait for now. Thanks for the input :).

Another approach is to harvest the top colas and let the smaller buds mature. Dual harvest
That is something I've never heard before. So would I leave them and at the first sign of cloudyness in the trichomes cut the top and leave the lower for awhile longer ?
Thanks.
