I stopped smoking tobacco and have passed the drinking at home test, the drinking at a friend's home test, and the drinking down the pub test.

I am finally free of that disgusting, fatal drug.

Smells and tastes are more intense, turns out i have white teeth under the nicotine-staining, no more coughing up in the morning.

So many benefits.

I urge anyone who still smokes tobacco to just do it, first couple of weeks are hard and then (for me at least) it's plain sailing.

I used to smoke 5-10 per day (rollups) on a weekday and 15-20 during a night's drinking on a Friday.

Goodbye and good riddance!

kick ass bro! yeah I was a heavy smoker.bout 2 packs a day, along with a hellasious meth habbit.but kicked em both to the curb 3 yrs ago.only sticky buds from here on out.

Right on! When I harvest I plan on quitting tobacco and rolling joints :)

Only a month away!!!

Congrats Steelrat, wishing you continued success with this. I am sure you will feel much better as time goes on.

Good job brother!!!!!!! I just managed to kick the things myself. Pack and a half for the last 20 years, been smoking for 25. Good riddance. Been about 7 months. :Sharing One:

Very well done dude. I'm quitting the tobacco end of this week too. Too many a day... Cost me a fortune not to mention the health benefits.

Stick to it man

Wow, can't believe you guys that were on more than a pack aday, musta been hard to give that up - well done!

Cheers,

steely

Keep it up! So worth it. Trim Joints helped me in my times of cravings. :peace:

Keep it up. It's a expensive dirty habit. I had myself convinced that smoking a pipe was an acceptable way to do nicotine. I finally gave that up a year ago. Soooo muck better. Congrats.
