The best value imo would be a combination of Monopotassium Phosphate and Potassium Sulfate which is basically every bloom booster and finisher. Customhydronutrients.com sells both by the pound relatively cheaply. MPK is another option but using those two gives a bit more control as some fertilizers are P and K heavy already

MAP will provide P for energy and some ammonium nitrogen while the PS gives K and sulfur that aid flowering and terpenes. They each measure at a gram per gallon max but can be adjusted to prevent tip burn and issues.
