Well my broken girl has survived 3 days so my hopes are up for her. She actually looks healthy still, just stopped upward growth. I tied the stem with yarn and it has held good I'll remove the yarn in another day or two.

Thank you! I hate winter so don't go out much. I sit here and fuss over the girls. Today I panicked! Thought I had root rot! Changed the res and was about to go look for 35% H2O2. I checked the root and although there was a little slime on them, they didn't smell bad. THEN it dawned on me. I'd changed the res and I used the Bloom nutes instead of the grow by accident and it was caused by the coloration of the nutes....lol!

Well seeing as I did an impromptu res change... I'll post stats and changes. Res T: 69 PH: 5.8 PPMs: 630 Room temp currently 63..lol but going babk up. I installed a thermostatically controlled, dual fan,window fan. It has cured my temp problems and provides fresh air, now I can keep the door to my room closed. will be looking at a 68-70 room temp. The MH light warms the plants a bit so I feel that's a workable temp.

Odor is a problem but it's all relative! Being legal in my state really took a lot of pressure off. Good thing too, that one plant was a massive stinker!! The wife complained some but it did not drive us crazy with worry.

Unbelievably, the plant I broke DOES look better than the other one! She's lost maybe 3" to the other, but she's a lot bushier, go figure...lol! But with all my abuse, they both are looking good and healthy so I'm pretty happy! And I can't fault the DWC system, I think its part of the reason for their vitality.

Got a bit cold in my room last night, thermostat on my fan NOT very accurate lol. Must have done them good though, overnight, I've got flowers! Only the bigger girl right now but my broken girl is getting fatter by the day. I'm excited! A new stage in the grow begins. I need to figure out now, when ot introduce the Bloom nutes.
