New Grower First Grow- Autobubble

Another quick update on the girls. Everythings going great, day 37 now and stopped upwards growth it would seem and I gave them their first feed with bloom nutes. Straight after I fed them the leaves all got a tiny tiny little yellow tip each, so Im guessing I'm right on the threshold of nute burn so ill have to be carefull next feeding. Temperatures 24 lights off and 27-28 lights on, humidity 40-50%. Heres some pics of the girls, I took them out to get some good shots out of the lights.

Number one, quite a lot more advanced than the others and looking amazing! Im pretty sure she'll be done before the others but it's a way to go before that yet.

Number two, who is towering over the other two. (I have the other 2 propped up on stacks of my ex girlfriends fashion magazines haha!) Anyway shes an absolute beast but not budding up as fast. Pleeeenty of time though

And number three, much shorter than the other but I love her just the same! Budding up nice and looking very pretty

Yah man, for SURE! You're my idol when it comes to LST dude, so any help or advice you can throw me would be much appreciated. :Sharing One:

Thanks for the kind words, it's going very well so far, touch wood.... next time im going to start much earlier and follow your brilliant technique. Although, I think if I trained them that much I would only have room for two plants in my tent but from what ive been reading, less plants doesn't necessarily mean less yield.

:dance2:

Thats right man one plant, if done correctly can yield what four plants could. You should really consider a scrog grow if your going to try Lst as much as I do.

Sweet idea dude, Will a scrog work well with an autoflower? And do you know any good scrog journals I can check out?

Here is all you need to know. http://www.hydrocanna.com/indoor-growing/6427-lbhs-scrog-tutorial.html
I just hope the pictures work for you as its very detailed. Hopefully you can see why i recommend as scrog as its pretty much vital when lst'ing.
My idea would be not to top the plant but to bend her on her side (Lst) and then cover over her with a screen. Then continue to train all branches to the screen and so creating a even, sectioned, efficient air movement canopy.
Hope that helps you.

Hey dude, the pictures didnt work unfortunately, but it was a huge help thank you. I found plenty of pictures online and I'll have a look for some journals to flick through. I'm considering it for my next grow, but theres a lot to think about first. Building a frame will be easy enough but I'm not sure how big to make it, I could use 4 plants and have one big frame that takes up the whole tent, but I would worry about access like how to water the ones at the back or do any work to them, and id need to somehow attach occelating fans up high to the side of the tent as my tower fan is taking quite a lot of room..... the yields look absolutely incredible though! And it is definately the way to get the most out of the light and space!

Thanks for the help bro

I'm gonna scrog my next grow, also. I read that, with autos, it's a good idea to start the net at about 8" above the soil. Watering does seem like it will be a bit tricky, especially with multiple plants, but it think something like this

would make it a bit easier. Also, there is some company in the UK, I gotta find their link again, that sells individual screens for grow pots. They're actually pretty neat. Anyways, I just wanted to put in my "My 2 cents"! Be eazy, Dread!
