New Grower First Grow - Berry Ryder & Pineapple Express

Hey man, looks like you're doing great so far. You should have a bit of 'wind' directly on the plants from a fan to strengthen the branches and ensure good circulation in your fridge. It sounds like you are using a fan for exhaust only. Where is the fresh air coming in from?

I have a 80 cfm pc fan for the intake that is giving some direct air to the plants in back but not front. I wanted an oscillating fan but didnt have room for both fan and CFL lights so i chose the lights and try to rotate the plant positions around. I understand the fan can strengthen stems but would it help with humidity? Thanks

Not sure man. If the air outside is also humid and you already have decent circulation in the grow box then not sure what you can do. I'm running @ 60% rh right now due to the weather but just open my closet door a bit to keep the air fresh, but I'm working with much more room than you. I don't think you have much to worry about just yet, but you do want to take note of any water droplets building up on the walls etc as a potential gauge of your air circulation, or maybe check for moisture where leaves overlap each other and are touching. Can you take a few pics of the fridge and your exhaust, if just for my own curiosity?

I would definitely get another fan moving on the other plants! Keeping the air moving will prevent mold normally, but I don't know if it decreases RH. Mine is sometimes in the 60's as well but I have fans moving the air all around the plants, never once had mold. Good luck, plants look great!

Thanks for the insight. No water droplets so that gives me some relief. Although i cant get an oscillating fan ill prob put another pc fan in just to reinforce airflow around the plants. Ill put up some fridge pics up this weekend with an update, stay tuned!

Day 53:

Been a bit since I could post an update, but today was feeding day. Fed with Oxydized, Distilled Water, Cal Mag, Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom, and Molasses.

I didn't have a chance to take good pics of everything but below is the fridge box picture (sorry the exhaust duct is on the top, hidden behind the light) and the Better looking Berry Ryder & its main cola. I added another PC Fan to help airflow but still have not noticed any condensation so I take it as a good sign for avoiding mold due to high humidity. The other plants dried out a bit more than the Berry Ryder and have some more yellowing leaves but we shall see if this feeding helps.

Hey I just joined the site but have been reading for a while, this a great referece to me as I just put 3 barneys PE's in .05-00-00 black gold soil 1st broke surface today it hasn't produced any leaves or dropped the seed husk but its well on the way in 74hours from first placing in paper towel I will start a journal and post the link. I am also growing a critical+ auto by dinafen and a vertigo auto i cant remember the breeder right now. Anyway good job andd good luck with your grow.

Thanks for stopping by smoke, let me know if you have questions, i am a noob but can explain how i approached my grow.

Both the berry and PE are starting to smell really sweet now, very little skunk smell. Not sure if the molasses helps that or its just the genetics during flower/budding. During late veg and early flower it was much more skunky.

Also I trimmed some yellowing leaves yesterday, they were dead and taking up lighting. We shall see if it impacts anything.
