if your a closet grower you want to think about the smell. Its going to get bad fast there are a lot of diy ways if you don't have a lot of money but in the end its the diff between going to jail and not so worth the extra money I'm a ommp grow and still worrie about the smell of my grow

Alright, my shipment arrived!! Hop digity

here it is, a 20L bag of all mix and 2 500ml bottles of fish mix and bio bloom:

my seeds, 2 TD and 2 PK:

and a free seed, auto biodiesel mass:

they even threw in a lighter! :

im super hiped, but i can only start monday, when i have everything to finish the closet!
also, i�ve done a bit of thinking and decided to go with 2 PK instead of 1 TD. from what i've read, this might actually decrease my yield, but the main reason im doing this is because i need this first grow to be as fast as possible (long story) and since i've read that PK are pretty small, i assumed i could fit two in there.
what do you guys think?

Ya you could prob put two in there how big is your closet? And save the TD tell you know what your doing a little better sounds like a good plan bro and where did you order your seeds?

it´s about 48x77cm (19x31 inches) and since im probabbly scrogging, i guess it wont be too tight.
i ordered them from kaya growshop (in spain) and they arrived in Portugal in less than 24 hours. i wasn't expecting it to be so quick :

looks like you are getting off on the right foot over here, i personally have never used bio bizz line so im interested in seeing the results you get from them.

i´ve been having a few setbacks (been really busy), so my closet isnt finished yet. I'm hoping i will have time tomorrow to at least hang the lights! :stylez rasta smoke:
I just placed my seeds in a cup of water, and will soon place them in some moist paper to germinate

Alright buds!

finally, after so long I had some free time to at least get things started. i built my reflector, wich turned out pretty crappy (keep in mind the only tool i had available was an x acto knife), and hung up the first few of my lights, so here is how it looks so far:

doesnt exactly look pretty, but it works!
I´m currently working on 120W (4x 20W+1x 40W) of light, but im upgrading to 200 as soon as i can (hopefully still this week). I also still have to hang up my screen (for scrog) and ventilation.
After some thinking, I decided to hang 1 or maybe 2 pc fans for exhaust, and if my landlord ever complains, ill just tell her:

anyways, hopefully the closet wil be finished still this week!

As for my seeds, germination complete! I put 2 purple kush on the paper towel method (after 2 days in a cup of water) and they both sprouted!
So i guess i can call this Day 1!

as you can see (maybe not), i placed them in 10L of all mix and a piece of a plastic bottle with the bottom cut out filled with crappy dollar store soil just so my seedlings wont burn. i hope the crappy soil doesn't kill them :no:

I'll update again when they poke their heads out! meanwhile, any help and tips are welcome!

They are alive!! :twist:
I had to leave during the weekend and came back to find them already out of the soil!
heres how they look so far:

the one on the green pot is already much bigger than the other

I´ve been having some problems watering, because my pots have terrible drainage (only 2 small holes each) so I've been watering them just a little everyday. I read I should give them about 0,5L every three days, but im afraid that the lack of drainage will lead to over watering. any thoughts on this?

Ventilation is also on the way! its been hard but hopefully, it will be up and runnind still this week!

As far as your pots, I would try do drill/poke some more holes in the bottoms of your pot. It would obviously be best to do that now, while their still babies.
I had to do this on my first grow last summer. I thought was being very conservative with the water, but their was still excess water in the bottom of my containers, and it was causing problems.

Hey isn't growing in Portugal completely legal ? I'm not sure, so just asking.
