Hi All,
I am having some issues with my first grow. Leaves are browned and unhealthy.
I’m using mars hydro SP-250 led in a DWC tent setup. It’s a Mazar auto.

Any advice would be highly appreciated

DWC problems can usually be easily fixed, but more info is needed.

Tap water ppm (and whether its 500 or 700 scale)?
Reservoir ppm (including tap ppm)?
Reservoir pH?
Reservoir temp, and are you using a product to prevent root rot?
Are you using a CalMag type supplement?
Are you pruning anything?

A picture in white light would also help.

Just started cal/ mag I bought yesterday. My tester doesn’t read my plain tap water. LST only. PH 6.5 and temp of res 15 degrees Celsius

The good news is that the new growth looks healthy, by far the most important thing.
The bad news is that you need to keep pH and ppm in range, and without meters, that will be difficult.

A likely explanation for the brown fan leaves is that nutes got splashed on them.
The most common hydro error is using too much fertilizer, and half the manufacturer's recommendation should do.
Second most common error is wrong pH.

Just rechecked PH and it’s over 7 so have added some ph down. Ppm is at 900

I have also added a heater to up the reservoir to 22 degrees C

DWC autos can get huge, and yield huge, while never going above 500 ppm.
900 ppm (500 scale) would fry my plants.
pH around 6 is best.

Keep on the lookout for orange leaf tips, or dark green clawing leaves, signs of nute burn.
