Hi,

Error in title - Critical express is from positronics!

After months of reading I decide to give growing my own a shot, because I’m fed of of paying someone else for stuff lol. I’m growing in a smallish tent (Mars hydro 70cmx70cm x160cm), with a Meizhi 600w LED (277w from wall).

Both were planted straight in to final pots after 24hrs in a glass of water (both sank).
The 2f2v broke the surface 2 days before the Critical Express. The 2F2V is 14days old today!

Both seem to be doing well but the 2f2v definitely grows quicker!
So far they’ve only been watered sparingly with tap water (left to stand for 24hrs) with about half measures of BioBizz root juice and some liquid silicone (ph’d To 6.5). They’re in Biobizz light mix, 11ltr fabric pots.
Thinking about adding some nutes as I head in to week 3. I have some Biobizz fish mix or some fox farms big bloom I could use, any suggestions on which one and how much to use? Or should I just leave the nutes till the plants show signs of deficiencies?

Thanks.

Hey buddy.. welcome to AFN.. how much and how often are you feeding the little ladies at the minute???

Your pots look very dry in the pics.. with your temps at 29 as in the pic I would be feeding those girls about 350ml- 500ml around every 24 hours.

I suspect they could do with a bit more juice my friend.. just an observation

They are dry on top but at a fingers depth they’re damp. I’ve been watering just around the stem starting on day 3 with 30ml, gradually increased each day - now at 100ml a day. Was really worried about over watering them. Can I do more than I am? What would you suggest?

I was wandering when they’d stretch a bit! The light is at 28” I could move it up another 6in I think. How far up should I go?

Temp fluctuates between 27 and 30, just due to high outside air temp yesterday and today. Got an ice pack in front of the fan today and is sitting at 28.6 at the moment. Humidifier has my rh up at 57

Thank you

At the age they are now and figuring your temps in I'd shoot for around 350/400ml per day M8. Your conditions are similar to mine and that's about what id be feeding at this stage.. as long as you let them dry out between waterings you won't over water them.. I'd feed 350/400ml every 24 hours.. assuming your temps remain where they are 24 hours should see them dry enough for another feed.. they could Def take a fair bit more than 100ml per feed ATM

Thanks, I’ll up their water from tomorrow! And I’ll start adding in some fish mix at 1ml per litre for the next week too

I’ve hiked the lights up the last few inches too so now 33” above top leaves.
