Yes swap it right out pal and I would hang it 28 inch to start and get accustomed to it I can show you a few plants that were grown under a 600w one its a great low budget light I will inbox you some pics

thank you sir I must be the most dumb ass nube in the history of AFN,i followed some one's else's idea when I hooked up the cfl's thanks to st.tom helping me this morning on a new LED light's I personally will not live this one down im hard on myself when I make mistakes like this on cfl's thank every one for there guidance,feel free to correct me when you see me going in the wrong direction
