Hi guys, I'm planning my first organic grow and need your help with Kind soil and Mother Earth medium ( 70% coco + 30% perlite ). First of all, is this a good soil+medium combo? If not, what would you recommend instead? I also got some auto seeds on the way from Mephisto, and I'm wondering if I should start them in a small cup with a small amount of Kind soil in the bottom, or if I should use a 3 gallon pot from start to finish? I'm also wondering if anyone has experience with Earth juice crystals natural pH down. I'm planning to use that for the first time, since I only have chemical PH down. Any and all advice for watering amounts and frequencies would be great too. Do you guys end up watering a smaller or larger quantity of water and is it more or less often than soil? Thanks so much in advance, I'm really looking forward to this grow with the AFN vendors ( Kind soil + Mephisto ). Thanks, Clayton

Welcome to afn! I will start on your questions. Just start with the 3 gallon pot.
You shouldn't need to adjust ph a lot. Are you using distilled or tap watet. Distilled is best. Start slow and increase water amounts. The EJ crystals are good stuff.

You may need an organic bloom booster, i use big up powder with my kindsoil, working great!

I am not familiar with the soil but am using a soil with coco in it.

Mix your soil, water 4 cups or so and let it sit a couple days before putting the seed in.
I start with 4 oz water and increase as the plants grow.

Hey guys been lurking for a year learning, your community is great by the way, the others not so much. I'm using kind soil topped with coco loco. Is it okay to supplement with notes from the go box ?

By the way I have seen conflicting info on whether there is a need to flush while growing organically.. I'm using kindsoil supplemented with GO Go box bloom nutes.. do I need to flush or not ?
I don't flush but I do water with just water towards the end adding a few drops ☔ of molasses .
