New Grower First real Grow SFL

Hey whats up everyone this is my first post on this site. Today I went ahead and bought my first pack of seeds from sensibleseeds. I went with Secret Garden Seeds Auto mix pack 2013, not sure but it looks good from the pics. Ive had other plants here and there learing how to super crop and lollipop plants and pop seeds using some reg seeds I get here in my city so far so good.

So what do I expect well im hoping for at least very least an onuce per plant I plan to grpw outdoors in my back yard here in south Florida its still really hot 98 the other day and wont get do the 60s till December and even then wont last lomg. I plan tp go three plants at a time and then every 45 days drop new seeds. I dont plan on selling any of it its mostly to save money and grow good bud fpr my self.

I plan on planting in five gallon bucket.

What dirt do you suggest I buy from lowes?
Also what type of additives want it to be a bit more natural so nothing crazy just maybe a one bottle wonder bottle?

Any info on strains from secert garden seeds?

Welcome Skyhigh. I am currently growing 2 buddha automix outdoors in this hot ass south FL weather. My girls get heat stress about 9:00am to sundown. Your soil needs to have fast\good drainage. My first girl almost died to root rot. Bugs and mites will be an issues too. I had mites, thrips, leaf minner and whitefly. Neem oil sprayed at night helps. I try to move my girls out of the rain if I am home but can't most times due to our almost daily afternoon downpours are when I am at work. Also every morning I give them a good shake to get all the nights dew and water off.

Going to get that neem oil from now and work on that soil mix have you tried it?

So today I was in walmart and was talking and decided to go with miracle grow moisture control soil since im growing outdoors thought it made sense. Since im not a pro and not ready to start making teas and messing with bat crap lol figure I try it for my first set.

So got pots all filled up and in back yard. I want to say there between 4 and 5 gallons a peice pretty big I have 3. So I flushed them slightly and had soke two week old reg baibes that I put into just to see what effect it has on them as far as buring or turing green and growing twice as big as label says lol. Once seeds get here from sensible seeds ill pull those up germinate the seeds and replant into soil. Dont plan on feeding first twp weeks then going with homedepots Alaskan fish emulation 5-1-1 not sure fir flower stage yet.

So questions I see people using one pot two plants I saw it with a strain I have coming and seem to produce gpod for him but his was indoor. Will it make a difference if I go 2 plants one pot. So ill have 3 pots 4 plants. I have 8 seeds coming and there supposed to be female and hoping they all pop but if I get 4ounces of smoke from 8 seeds ill be happy and from looking around here that should be at the very least ill get with the secret garden strain of autos

Also wjat should I get for 30 day flower stage of the game for food. Something simple one bottle?

First plant I had going turned out to be male. But learned how to top lst and lollipop in case I het experimental. No bugs attacked it in my back yard and it did well for a practice.

Where the future secret graden seeds will grow. Im hoping for some white orge and pink salad thats pink first time out second grow gonna be all purple since it be like 65 is around December in miami

So my seeds just shipped from sensible seeds should be here in a week or so. Cant wait too say bye too the weed man.

I'm a newbie myself, but from what I've learned, Miracle Grow anything is usually a no no for cannabis plants. All of their products usually have some type of time released fertilizer, and you don't have any control of when or how much is released. I used some mg perlite, and it caused multiple nutrient problems for me. Just something you may wanna consider. Sorry I can't be of much more help, but I don't know much of anything about outdoor growing. If you haven't already, go to the introduction page, introduce yourself, and invite some other growers to your journal. This is a great site with plenty of knowledgeable growers who are more than happy to assist. Good luck with your grow!
