Hey this is my first time joining a forum on the subject matter or any subject for that fact. I have read the forums for years just never actually participated. I learned how to do my first few grows from forums a few years ago and then my girlfriend had me stop growing out of fear of the law. Well lets jump a head a few years and here we are now and my girlfriend has finally decided that the money I spend buying this amazing product would be better saved by me growing my own. So we have move coming up in march into our new house and I will be gardening once again. I am currently in stage of researching the equipment I want although I have pretty much decided I am going to running in a grow tent(5ftx5ftx6.5ft) for the first as before I had a dedicated room. I have also decided to upgrade my lighting from a 600w HID to a 1000w HID with an air cooled hood. I will be putting carbon filter into the tent and I will place a Co2 bag in the tent as well unless I get a little more money and I am able to spring for Co2 tank and regulator. I will also be trying out autoflowers and putting them on a perpetual grow, in which I hope to harvest once a month. My goal is to harvest 5 plants a month, which would put 10 plants in my tent at time(Im believing this should fit although my tent has not arrived yet so this is not final). I have just ordered my beans and they include:
(10) Heavyweight - 2 Fast 2 Vast
(3) Heavyweight - Fruit Punch Auto
(5) Dinafem - OG Kush Auto
(5) Pyramid - Auto White Widow
(3) GreenHouse - Super Lemon Haze Auto
So I plan on spending the next month finalizing my tent setup

Absolutely, I am planning on doing a grow journal with my grow and I will absolutely need some help as parts of this process are new to me. Right now I am trying to find grow tent setups so I can see how other people are setting up their grow tents. I am also starting to look into soils and nutrients, before when I grew I used the Fox Farm Line of nutes with their ocean soil. I have heard though that the soil is not as good as it once was about 3 years ago. So if anyone has a good place for me to research the grow tent setups or has any suggestions of the best bang for your buck soil and nutes around fox farm prices that would help out immensely.

Hey Ziggy, glad to have you here. Nice intro. Sounds like you have a plan. Harvesting once a month might be a little rough at the beginning but once you get a couple cycles in and get your system dialed in you'll be loving it. If I can do anything to make your growing experience easier let me know

What's up Ziggy.... remember when doing your journal. The more updates and pics the better. It will spur more traffic in your thread and If you run into problems it'll give a staff member or experienced grower a good back ground and help them help you
