New Grower First Time Grow : is my grow box ideal?

Hm. Hard to say here. Is that light/nute burn on top? Looks like you have a lot of green leaves left, and maybe it could go a bit longer (1 more week?)? Did you flush with plain pH water for the last two weeks?
