Hey guys, I've been a lurker on the forum for quite some time and I finally decided to make an account.
I have grown 2 successful plants using soil and I wanted to give hydroponics a shot.
Things have been going very well except today, I noticed that one of my plants has a single green root.
Should I be concerned about this, or what should I do? I can't seem to find anything about this type of scenario and when I search green roots, it mentions algae, which I don't believe is the problem... but I could be wrong.
what I'm feeding her:
Cal-Mag
HydroGuard
General Hydroponics
pH down (to 6.0)
and EC is right at 1.0. If I provide more food, she doesn't seem to like it. 1.0 seems like the sweet spot.
Looking forward to hearing some input.
regards,
