Indoor First two plants ever grown under t5's

hmm...well it's still only my third grow, but it doesnt look like a burn...merely a def 
...a lockout of P perhaps I would guess.
I'd flush (you did) and immediately after i would try to give nutes at a right ratio for bloom-phase...not to much additions, because they could lead to the imbalance if not really properly measured.
And if I see right, there are some very small glittering spots on some leaves, that perhaps indicate thrips or other "aliens"...but if the plants get well again, they can cope with that, it's just a hint to look after.
But please anyone else step in and correct me for the good of tthese plants.

yep. you got it I had a mite problem a few weeks ago and have been treating with mighty wash bi-weekly. checked today with a strong magnifying glass and did not see any alive and just dead black eggs but I am keeping my eyes open for them....never got real bad no webs or anything but I learned a lesson to not receive clones from ANYBODY regardless of what they say...never again but I wanted 2 new strains so I couldn't resist my temptations and got them.... I tried treating with a home mixed rosemary oil mix but made it to strong and burnt them that was right before flowering. I will only use mighty wash I don't care for anything else except maybe Einstein oil usually as a soil drench, but the mighty wash seems to be doing the trick and I can dip my new clones into it....I remove plants then clean and bleach everything every couple weeks to be on the safe side.
that's why these 2 plants were not being grown in my large sealed flowering room they were put into a small area and grown under a t5 vho light. and not doing bad for a t5 though it bugs me I have 4000 watts I could be using so I put 21 auto's and some other photos into the large room to veg while these finished out....this is my first real indoor grow so im learning the ropes. im used to starting seedlings and clones indoors and growing them outdoors but had a very large crop stolen last year even though I did not tell a sole not even the lady so I figured id go indoors....
well I figured out that with lights off I can take much more detailed pictures that show trics and other details.... should have realized this before but my camera has a high speed lens and take bad close ups unless dark with flash......plant of the left is MOB and the one on the right is Super Skunk........ Here's to you Bgrt a little more detailed

Seems as they can cope with that...I's just head on carefully.

I checked the runoff and ph was 6.4 and the ppm wouldn't readout it only goes to 2000 and it was over that but I have flushed 2 times now and got it lowered a bit when I water next I will lower the N. I need to go to town and pick up a soil ph & moisture probe

these 2 plants are in OF soil with 4'' of sunshine #4 on top so they don't drain as well at all. I am not a big fan of the OF I am a sunshine 4 guy all the way but when I move outdoors I am going to make a soil including ss#4 and going to try mixing in the advanced nutrients heavy harvest solid fert.

If you ever want to compare your soils ppm/ec, you should take a test before you put any fert in it...My experience and what I have found is, that the ec is always very very high. So there is only a comparison possible with your starting point. Once your soil reaches an ec/ppm value of your nute solution it IS to low...bu perhaps others have something to add/correct here.
