Here are the two photos, these have a flower every inch or so and each branch must have 50 bud sites or more....EACH BRANCH, WOW. If this plant wasn't tied up it would be at least six feet across, AT LEAST. It's been a challenge to keep her in check without choking out the rest of the tent, good thing her sister got topped.

Yea you are missing the point of autos if you have them in the 12/12 bro lol but im sure you know that..you can still clone it in veg ..it should reveg so you can make a mother out of it..or hit it with some pollen..its never to late..plus with all those bud sites I would try to take a cut.

Actually, the Autos were just an experiment while the photos do their thing, I just got side tracked by the autos and have always got some type of photo going. I know There is a lot of dispute over light schedules but if you think about it an auto is half photo, there is no reason why it wouldn't respond just as well as a photo to the 12/12 period. I start my seedlings on 24 hours of light for the first ten days or so, then switch them to 18/6 till they flower then into the flower box. They respond pretty well as they are pre-programmed to sex at a certain age and so it just seems natural to flower them when their ready. I'm anxious to see what they'll do in the long days of summer. I might still take a cutting and re-veg it. I like the plant a lot, well see how she burns.

For the sake of correct information, and auto will absolutely not respond as well to 12/12. Photoperiod plants will grow much larger under 12/12 than autoflowers. Autoflowers grown under 20/4 will grow much larger than autos under 12/12.

Autoflowers are not "1/2 photo" it takes about 5 generations to lock in the autoflower trait after the initial cross with the photo. And likely your plants are much further removed from the original cross than that.

Yes, of course they're generations removed, and no they do not perform quite as well, but I do think that 12/12 mimics nature more, they still have those original traits, just as they have the traits from Ruderalis, if in actual sunlight they really only need about six hours of direct light a day (even photos). I agree that 18/6 or 20/4 is DEFINITELY the way to go if growing ONLY autos, but I don't think there is much difference to be honest. I've only grown about 15 autos and am far from an expert on the subject, it just works for me. i'm yielding 1-1.5 oz. off every auto I've grown on 12/12 which is short of my outdoor or high wattage autos, but not too shabby for a 600 watt hps (no mh @ all, only daylight cfl in veg).

Here are the three T.D. girls, the eldest is the l.s.t.'d one @ 47 days, the younger two are @ 40ish days. In the last week or so they have just EXPLODED into veg, these are really fun to watch, sometimes I think I can actually see them grow, lol, seriously though, i think they grew two inches yesterday. I did some rearranging tonight to get them all directly under the bright end of the hood (I need a bulb extension). I gave them another feed of fish juice tonight too, just to see just how far I can push them, I gotta feeling their gonna be something special. I really like the chassis shot of them all in a row.

If anyone @ Dutch Passion is reading this, nice work friend ! You guys seem to have it nailed down with the strains you're offering. These T.D.'s are pretty fun to grow, I'm HOOKED & will definitely be trying many others. These will be fun in the sun too, BEAST ! The two taller plants were left alone, the short one got l.s.t.'d and an accidental broken (but healed) neck. The short one got stuck in some so so dirt with some stone & not so great but the other two are in some moisture retention soil and it seems to agree with them. They've all been fish juiced a couple times and I'm gettin ready to start flower nutes. These things are looking really good and happy. The short plant is 54 days old and the two tall ones are about ten days younger, so about 45 days. I'm not certain yet but I don't think they respond too well to l.s.t., if left alone they go nuts, the l.s.t.'d plant is real nice and full and flowering but will never yield what the big ones will, she flowered early while the other two obviously stretched out quite a bit before starting. I'm going for massive D.P. colas

Saturday night, family night, time to bust out some good hash and some N.L. for a big ol' cheeseburger with my Mrs., I like the fact that I can just come in here and say ...."we're gonna go smoke hash"....., unlike some other social networks where that kind of thing is frowned upon. Im still here man ..but yea 1.5 oz is nice but mine are double that amount at least on 20/4 or even 18/6 ..I think you will be surprised if you run an auto like it should be run a few times ...I haven't run any DP gear yet but they produce some beast with massive buds..I have a few rooms ..Ill veg my autos and photos together then after they bloom start my autos veggin in another room and start over 3 weeks before the photos flower.Yours all looking nice an healthy..any of them your trophy grow?
