yes root juice will help it serves two purposes one is to increase root growth and the other is as a stress reducer.

I will hunt down the chart I made now and post it for you. the chart is just a general guide though as you grow different strains you will find some will like stronger nutes and some will like less. the chart is a safe medium that should get you some good results.

Seraphim my lights are 6 5000k lumens are 1600 120 v 60hz 23w and my flower lights are 1600 lumens and 2700k 12v 60hz 23w. Here some pic of my grow box and my nuts mix

Should I just keep the grow lights in or switch to flower

keep the grow light in for now they should have more vertical growth in them. I did notice a couple of things in the pics that may need addressing

On your hygrometer the readout says 46 is that the running temperature of your space?

I see a fan at the bottom but no other holes. do you have both intake and exhaust holes for air exchange?

I am not familiar with your nutrients so i will do a little homework for you and i will get back to you tomorrow with accurate nutrient advice if nobody else jumps in with their knowledge.

For now you should be ok using your grow and root nutes at the same dosage as the chart. but just to be sure what is the recommended dose on the side of the grow bottle?

The temperature stay around 75 lights off and 79 to 81 with lights on I have and intake and out take fan in the grow box

thats good! I take it the 46 was the relative humidity then.

your temps are good and your plants have a lot of growing to do so for now just change your nutrient schedule.

next week change one light bulb to the flowering type and the week after change the other one so they are both flowering bulbs
