hi there when do i start giving my plant flowering nutes? and do i carry on giving them the veg nutes at the same time? my plants are 3 weeks and 3 days old ive been giving them half a cup of water with 5ml to 10 ml of veg nutes in each cup every 2 days ... heres a picture of my plants atm

What are the npk numbers of your feed? 5mil to 10mil in acup is way to strong.You should just use veg nutes until they start flowering and have slowed there veg growth.

There should be instructions on the bottle. If you're getting instructions in mL, it should be fed per L. You're mixing up the standard and metric system of measurement.
Random example. I use Advanced Nutrients and the bottle says 2mL. This means feed at 2mL per Liter of water. Generally with autos, I recommend you feed at half of that rate and see how your plants react to that. I adjust accordingly to what my plants needs.
