So I'm preparing to try out DWC and been watching videos and looking at pictures and I see tons of foxtailing on every video or in every picture....is this common with DWC ? Kind of deterring to be honest

Heat is the number 1 killer in my opinion.
That was my first thought is heat issues, it just seems very common since I've been looking about today, either way I'm grabbing a Gro momma kit from work by Gen hydro. I get it for cost so it's like 25-30$ to plug and play, plus I get free RO from here and a quart of kool bloom is like 18$ so I'm going to give it a try I think

I think heat has a big part but also genetics ran 3 blue cheeses 2 were fine 1 foxtailed like crazy that was in coco temps got up to 90f just chopped an ultimate grown in a bubble bucket temps over 95f sometimes nearer 100f(not the whole grow) and no foxtailing

Awesome stuff! You guys are making me feel better about giving it a try. I have everything that I could need, and or access to it so tube to see if I can get one of these Dwc monsters!
