Title says it all..

Good ol Grojo has left the Shire to embark on a new adventure.. This time it's going to be with these lovely Autoflowers. That said, I have about a year of experience with typical photocycle strains. Due to Johnny Law I have decided to go from wasting 5-6 plants as Mother/clones to doing 100% Autos. A friend of mine consistantly gets 3+ oscars of medicine per plant, and he's not the brightest star in the sky if you catch me drift. So, I have joined the Auto community. I also think that autoflowers are the future of the cannabis industry.

I've been using this medication for about 8 years now. All through High School I stayed away because of the common misconception that it is taboo and can lead you down the wrong path. Eventually I went to college and saw it's true greatness. While in college I was a recreational user.

While in college I got very sick, like to the point that I needed an organ transplant. So I ended up being put at the top of the list due to the severity. I eventually got a donor and went under the knife. Fortunately everything went well otherwise I don't think you'd be reading this :P

I didn't really need to be heavily medicated until after my transplant. It all started while doing research on the new medications I will be taking to keep myself healthy. One of them is an immuno-suppressant. It just so happens that I remembered a Psychology booked that stated Marijuana lowers your immune system which is great for someone like me. Maybe one day they will have Marijuana based immuno-suppressant meds! That seems like a Grojo Baggins' sorta adventure!

Moving on, another reason I use this medication is because it keeps me calm. After my transplant I was took large doses of steroids for almost 2 years, which is typical for someone who underwent a major operation. A downside to it was the possibility of mood swings, and tremors. I also think the steroids made it more difficult for me to concentrate. I didn't have any of our preferred medication until I was about 5 months out from my surgery. I am glad I waited that long, made the medicine that much more effective.

I remember those first 20 minutes after the initial 3 hits. As if it was my first time getting medicated all over again. Without it I probably wouldn't be a functioning part of society..

There's a little about me.. My life has been VERY interesting lol.

Currently prepping for my 5x5x6 600w MH & HPS grow. Have 3 Green House Big Bang, 3 Green House Kalishnakov, and 3 Dinafem White Widows coming. Should have some sweet pics in the next few weeks.

If you wanna know more just ask me!

My pleasure to meet you ALL!!

Welcome to the unexpected party, Grojo :)

Thanks for sharing your story. Sounds like you've got an awesome start-up space! Best of luck!

Welll, Growjoe Baggins I presume,

Would be nice to see a sea of green covering the dancing rolling hills of the Shire. Sucks about the transplant Brother. I am assuming you are a man. But be careful, as should anyone who has had an operation or open wound that has been stitched shut. Smoking da Gange, can put pressure on your tissues, contracting and expanding them and you could burst something if you are not completely healed. We went throught this with our son in law. Five months is okay I am assuming. Can you discuss this with your doctor? Your use of cannabis as a medicine that is. You sound like a West Coaster (The future of the Cannabis industry), like myself, that is how I talk. But it is not auto's that are the future, but CBD's. In my opinion. But Auto's can be a part of that as well.

Hope to see ya around when you get your grow going.

Peace

I most definitely will be checking out that thread!

I am not 100% sure which medium to go with at the moment.. I do have experience with normal photocycled strains in soil, but none with autos(aside from what I've seen of a friend's setup & here). So I am still sorta on the fence, but most likely I will go with soil. I will also be using 30 inch tall trash bins that are 15inches in diameter so those taproots can have as much space as possible to grow straight down! I get so excited talking about it! :D

Grab your Pipe and pack some Old Toby or some Long Bottom Leaf and you will be on your way to blowin smoke circles around everyone. Smoke until your eyes are redder than saurons haha.
Good to meet you grojobaggins, Glad you found the plant that helps soooo many. Hope you feel better See you around middle earth.
Im trying to setup a grow bed in Mirkwood forest. What a pain in the ass. K.I.M.
