How does the valve work, is it removeable, and easy to clean?

I'm sure when most people see the device for the first time they realize how simple it is. The valve is activated by screwing the stem clockwise or counterclockwise and it's also the same movement that locks it and takes it apart. It's super easy to clean and you'll never have to worry about breaking it when you do. It takes me about 5 minutes to clean it with a Q-tip and hot water.

That's the thing, you can decide if it hits hard or soft as well as everywhere in between. You'll see how sometimes this comes in handy in different circumstances.
