Hey guys. had the wife send me some ppics because she was a little concerned. I'm pretty sure it's just a mutation, but I figured I'd let you guys check it out.

she's a 20 day old red poison.
She's under 500 watts of cfl light (2 250 watt bulbs)
Planted in a 3 gallon pot with a mix of sunshine mix #4, and compost/worm castings. Been feeding her teas with worm juice, kelp extract, fish emultion, compost, and molasses, Ph'd to 6.5. Soil pH tends to swing from 6.5 to 6.8.
Temps in the tent are around 78. And 81-86 at canopy level. Rh swings from 40-50ish.

Anyway, enough babbling. Heres a pic

she looks a lil N hungry bro.but the leaf thingy is most often(other than the color mind you) a two step thing imo.some small light lacking along with a small bit of def N to push them Veg areas up n out as they wanna be.when they are held back they get funny looking with a few that Ive grown.just young leaves being leaves n they should lay out before long if they can get a lil more stretch n get a lil more light.always seems to lay my leaves out nice n happy.:Hookah:

I hope that helps ya out man.:smoke:

Awesome dude! To the rescue again!

I mentioned the color to her, and she claims that it doesn't look that yellow in person and it's the lighting that's causing it to look that way. I hate not being there to see for myself. So sadly Im crossing my fingers and taking her word for it... I'll pester her for some better shots

yeeeahh man..LOL that blows for ya guys that travel n cant watch em.But aint tryin to freak ya out er anything but imho I think yer gonna find they are in need of a good tea and prolly some light adjustments..how long are you gonna be gone?

Dude, it's painful. I miss my babies.

And I do have a bad feeling your right. I can get her to make a tea, but I don't want her messing with my lights... I'll be home in 4 more days, so hopefully I'll be in time.

As always, your the man eyes!

Can you post some pictures of the whole plant as well? I'm seeing some burning on a couple of leaf tips and it looks like some of them are cupping and curling under at the edges. That would indicate they are overfed. Depending on how strong your tea is and how much you amended your soil it could be a bit much for a plant that young. Too much N would also account for the twisting on the new growth.

I can now that I'm home!
