Let the water sit out in on open container for 24 - 48 hours before and it will be ok.
 
Yes but it is better if you boil it first just to get the chlorine out or let it set overnight.
 
Yeah I'd do the same thing if I was running city water.24 hour open container bubble session...piece of cake.Boling is gonna essentially Sterilizes the water for ya.:Sharing One: all of these ways are killer..assuming yer not getting Chrloramine with yer chlorine,,then thats another longer ballgame ya kno..lol.
 
You really need to find out if your water utility uses chlorine or chloramine, as there's a big difference in how to remove it. I personally never use anything but distilled water for germing seeds and I have had great success.
